CIP4 apply the Total Quality Concept at all production steps including :
  • Control of raw materials in entrance

  • Control of production process

  • Control of finished products

Some parameters are related to the pharmaceutical field. For those parameters, procedures close to cosmetics regulations are used. The Q.C. laboratory brings in this regard a very valuable contribution in verifying the protocols selected and applied.

The physic-chemical analysis are performed with the appropriate instruments. Once and if approved the raw materials is identified with a barcode which be used to identify the raw material all along the production process.

The material flows are controlled through a fully computerised central system which access is strictly limited to qualified and trained operators.

During the production process qualitative controls are also performed by Q.C. personal and results are fed into the central computerised system to deliver the final Product Control Report.

Skin – compatibility of the product is controlled and approved thanks to the help of a dermatologist.
